What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is usually 3-4 weeks; however, we also offer rush orders. If you need your order sooner than the standard timeframe, please inform your representative, and they will be happy to accommodate your request.

What if I want a physical sample of my hat design?
After placing an order, we're pleased to offer the option for a physical sample if you'd like to ensure everything meets your expectations. While there's no charge for pre-production sampling images, a fee of $30 applies for a physical sample.
How does the order process work?
What if I do not see the hat style I am looking for on the website?
If you don't find the hat style you're after, no worries! As a custom vendor, we have the flexibility to accommodate nearly all hat styles. While the styles showcased on our site are popular, they represent just a fraction of what we can create. Simply fill out our contact form, detailing your preferences, and let us bring your unique hat vision to life.
Do you offer free hat designs?
Yes, after submitting a contact form, one of our representatives will promptly reach out to discuss your preferences and request your logo. Once we have the necessary details, our in-house design team will craft your unique custom hat designs with precision and care.
Why can I not purchase the hats on my own with the website?
To place an order with OurCustomCaps.com, you must first submit a contact form. Once you do this a rep will reach out to you and start assisting you with your order. When you are ready to place the order the rep will send you an invoice that is payable online via credit/debit card or ACH. Once that invoice is paid we get started with production on your order!
What is the pricing?

Do you only offer embroidery or can I add other customizations?

Our range of customizations includes direct embroidery, including 3D embroidery, and sewn-on patches such as woven, printed, PVC, embroidered denim, and chenille patches. If you don't find the specific option you're looking for, feel free to inquire – we're likely able to accommodate your unique customization needs.
Where is your company based?
We proudly operate out of Florida in the United States, while our manufacturing facility is located overseas. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our use of state-of-the-art machinery and the highest-quality materials.
Can I choose any color for my hat?
We offer a diverse range of stock colors for most styles. If you’re seeking a custom color, we can match Pantone colors, though this may result in an increased minimum order quantity, typically starting at 200 hats. For inquiries about custom colors, please reach out, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your order preferences. Additionally, for non-custom colors, we have many options available with a minimum starting at 20 hats.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For most orders, a minimum of 20 hats is required. However, please note that this requirement may vary based on the specific customizations you choose.
